Laura Bacchus by far exceeded my expectations! I was probably (definitely) one of the most difficult buyers- super picky with a million and ten questions. Neil and his team was great during the sale of our home. He and his team was very responsive to our needs and always listened to recommendations that we had. Follow-up was great and they seem to have a pretty aggressive marketing campaign. We also like their follow-up with potential buyers. Over all the experience was great and I would use them again.

We were fortunate in selecting the Bacchus Group to sell our apartment. In less than 6 days Neil sold the property He presented a contract which met our asking price plus the buyer paying closing costs and no final inspection. Neil was an outstanding real estate agent who answered all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. He gave me excellent advice on what to do, and what not to do to the house to prepare it for sale. He was spot on with what the asking price should be. Not only did the house sell in six days, but I received more than the asking price.
