I was going to interview 3 Realtors. Chad was first. After 5 minutes of dialogue i knew he was the right one. His knowledge and answers te heo all my questions quickly told me he knreatew his stuff. Many problems that we hayd (all my fault) he stayed calm and fixed them. He helped me in many ways to complete my sale. Such a professional and goould, honest person. You should list with him.
