Got my hair cut here a few weeks ago. Told the girl that I've been cutting the dead ends off so I'm sure layers aren't even. Told her I don't mind going shorter than she said she'd take off. And I swear every time I try to style my hair or just look at it, I feel it looks practically the same as when I walked in. Asked for long layers in the back. I got a straight cut instead. Do my ends look like they just cut trimmed/cut?? I just don't understand.

I had a great experience with Jessie. She was friendly and told me what expectations to have with my hair. She followed my instructions exactly. Overall, the salon has a calm, private vibe. I would recommend.
