Difficult to stay here due to the complex renting to mentally ill people, so there's a whole bunch of constant drama.
Leasing agents here are rude and ignorant, forget this dump!! Didn't want to live here anyway. It does have a lot of great hook ups but wouldn't put my family around here.
It were doin goode till new manager got here, thanks to her every1 is moving out. It's crazy & she ought to do something about the yardmen who blow dirt all over the cars EVERY SINGLE DAY but she Nuts
Moving out ASAP! Manager hands lease violations to whites only, scared of blacks. Yard crew gets the blower everyday & blows dirt literally onto you & achieves nada lotta, just more daily noise.
Oops 😱 It was doing good, new manager has Authority Attacks& is a control freak trying to prove she's the boss, who cares scared stupid Ms Attitude. She needs to mind her business &quit nit-picking .
If your white DONT LIVE HERE!! Ms Control Issue is scared crap less of black people so she picks at the whites here. She's a total mental case & should get help & inpatient treatment. She's rude!
If you have to live in this ghetto b sure you live far away from the manager, she'd rather focus on guests staying 2long than 2tackle prostitution & drug dealers.
The new management totally sucks, Ms Manager is preoccupied w/ ignorant bs instead of the ghetto rats who drive thru loud & dealing dope. Nightly fills up w/thugs & gunfire. Noise 24/7. HELL HOLE!
Maintenance is ignorant & they spent more $$ making office look nice, ignoring the rats in the pats& major issues in apts. Manager berates tenants in front of others 2 look big & as if in control.
