Zero stars would be more appropriate. Great price but you get what you pay for. The only thing worse than their customer service is their communication, workmanship and professionalism. I purchased 5 awnings for 2 different locations and only 1 of the 5 was made and installed correctly. I have been dealing with the company to rectify the issues for almost 3 months. If you want to fill your time chasing a company down to complete their work to your satisfaction then by all means hire these guys!
