My partner and I toured and applied to this property in January 2026. During the tour, we were told the holding deposit required to apply was fully refundable during the holding period. Eight days after approval, we decided to move forward with a different property and requested the deposit back. This has been a great place to live in Seattle. The building management is truly excellent, they are super responsive and any small issue we've had has been resolved quickly. Yes, Simone really is as lovely as everyone has said she is! Our apartment is spacious with lots of natural light, neighbours are respectful, and the apartment amenities are good quality. The building is well maintained and clean, with nice amenities like the gym that I like to use often. Communication with Simone, the property manager, is always friendly and prompt, which I really appreciate. The close proximity to 2 major bus routes and the UW campus is unmatched. The highway is loud outside, but it's not as bad indoors. I hardly notice it anymore. Highly recommend AW Larson!
Excellent management and nice, well maintained facilities!
Very smooth leasing process; minimal hassle from viewing the apartment to signing the lease thanks to manager Simone. Management is very responsive to unforeseen issues if any. Facilities are in very good shape. Room size is ample for a studio apartment. Building is within walking distance to UW. Things to note is that this apartment has no parking space. No grocery store within a walking radius.
