Renters BEWARE! This place is a HUGE SCAM! Their apartments are all garbage their management is awful! It has left the worst taste in my mouth for Las Vegas which is super sad. I was so stoked to move out west and start a new life with my wife. We got one heck of a lemon apartment and treatment from their staff. The only good thing about this place was their head of maintenance whom we saw ALOT because there were over a dozen issues in under a months time. I usually do not write reviews but the Avondale Apartments are the worst place to live in. I felt very unsafe living there, the facility are extremely dirty and poorly maintained. I hear frequent gunshots and loud disputes between neighbors all the time. There is a lot of criminal activities as cops often visit the complex. As for the staff, they dress nice but are rude and do not know what they are doing. I had no choice but to break my lease early and get out. This happened today. No one from the management company has made any effort to keep the residents personal property safe. This week vehicles have gotten stolen as well as bikes. It’s a shame!

Very well kept up property. Our newly renovated apartment is beautiful. The carpet is so soft! The white Subway tile is dreamy! Gas range stove, um yes! Separate walk in laundry room in unit. I don't know If the avondale is willing to improve. Since we've moved in (1 and a half months) , every single appliance has been broken. Some even breaking multiple times. Generally, maintenance will come quickly, but nothing ever seems to actually get repaired until the 3rd or 4th time you report it ( if you throw a fit). I'm pretty sure they paint the bathtubs, which is another nightmare all it's own. I've tried to contact the manager (of the office, not maintenance) and have never recieved a call back.
