First there’s nothing “luxury “ about these apartments. No storage and always calling Maintence to fix something. Was there for two years and my experience was the worst. I have nothing nice to say about the staff and it’s not worth the money. On to the next!!

Going into my third year calling The Avery home, moved into a larger apartment, and I’m not going anywhere anytime soon! Kim and Karen are awesome and I have no complaints other than I miss out on all of the community festivities because of MY work schedule lol! I’m happy to say that The Avery is home �

We've lived here for 3+ years. Residents in our cluster are great neighbors. The amenities are top notch. Best management and maintenance personnel anyone could ask for! We rate it 5+!
