The apartment was decent for what it was but way overpriced and it had a ton of bugs. When I first moved in I had asked them to make sure the apartment was clean and they said yes but it never was. It also had a bad urine smell and like the person who lived there before had a ton of animals. They denied the smell although it was obvious and they kept telling me it was clean but I found multiple spiders and roaches. I cleaned and did it all myself. I lived at The Avery for 4 years and had a great time overall. I felt comfortable and taken care of the whole time I lived there. I only moved out because of price. If you can afford it, I recommend considering it. Pros: - The front office and maintenance staff are awesome. They're always helpful and easy to talk to. - The convince is hard to beat. There’s a Target literally across the street and an Aldi's a short walk past that. - They host events and little get-togethers, which is nice if you're social. - A lot of the staf... read more
