Coming from someone don’t live here. Management is horrible.
I know Greystar has a mixed reputation in general but this management team is different! They do care about the residents and have been trying their best to build a better community. There are fun activities and events throughout the year. The maintenance team usually responds within 24 hours and does a great job. There is an emergency number you can reach outside business hours, which not many properties offer. What's more, they offer cat treats at the leasing office!
Brittany the leasing agent made my move in process the smoothest I've ever experienced. Very kind and accommodating!
One of the best places to live in Dallas. Great location, friendly people and clean complex.
