We've lived for a year with neighbors who are so noisy that they literally rattle our apartment and disrupt our sleep on a regular basis. Talking to them did not resolve the problem, but that was the only option we were given. So after being forced to tolerate these unbearable conditions for a whole year, we are happy to be moving.
There is no place like home.....been living here over a year now...
I've lived here for 2 years and I can honestly go on for days to explain how much I love it here. My place is still nice clean and cozy since ive moved in and i have never had any complaints since ive been here. Karen and Kim are the most amazing leasing consultants in the whole wide world... I simply adore and appreciate all that they do for not just me but for every resident here. They make you feel so warm and welcomed... We moved here in april, we love it. The community is very well maintained , the maintenance staff and leasing office staff are very professional.
Words cannot express how happy my husband & I are @ The Avery. This is our 1st month anniversary as new residents and it feels wonderful. We thought transitioning from being a home-owner to leasing would be challenging but Kim & Karen and rest of the staff has made it a seamless transition. Thanks everyone for making us feel at home!!!!
Since moving here two weeks ago I have had absolutely no problems at all. Not only are the people friendly, the area is clean, everything is within driving distance, and there is constant maintenance, but the staff and leasing office are all friendly and open. Especially Miss Kim at the front desk. Looking forward to my stay here
