Management is rude, careless, irresponsible, and conveniently the managers are always not present when an issue arises. There is no accountability and you cannot trust anything they tell you about rent prices, roommate situations, or parking permit wait lists. A roommate of mine had to pay to apply to live there again ($160) and they never sent her a lease to sign. They are now claiming the charge is nonrefundable, even though she never received the service she paid for and who knows how many more people they did that to. Se... read more
