Luxury has different meanings to different people. I consider luxury to mean something like basic services are provided. Hot water has been a consistent problem on 2/27, 3/1 & 3/2. The concept of a hot shower after 12 is not consistent with my belief system of Luxury. Maintenance simply is understaffed and cut backs in service do not quate the yearly pricing increases.
