Don’t move the cone or you’ll break your leg. That’s supposed to be our safety cone so that nobody falls into the gaping hole that should’ve been filled long ago. When I asked them to fix it they brought me the cone how sweet of them. And I even get a bonus flood in my apartment soon. I think I’m about an hour or so away if it keeps raining like this. I sure hope they are all dry in their homes this Easter I am sure they would not like living like this.
I need to get ahold of whoever owns these apartments because talking to the flaky management doesnt help at all. We still have the problems we started with since day one in april. Theres cat crap in our stairwell and it dirty as hell even after they said the were coming through and cleaning them. Its obvious they dont care. Cant get of them normally so i have to take this route. If anyone asks, right now id stay hell away from here. Cant wait till my lease is up! Not just that cant even get ahold maintenance to fix our ac!
Horrible staff, management is all about money and do not care about their renters nor the state of disrepair of the apartments. I will never even consider renting from this horrible company again due to the lack of any respect to their tenants.
I resided here for 2 years. I just got a call from a collection agency saying I owe them money because I forfeited my contract. I was month to month and paid the fee every month! I'm going to get to the bottom of this but I do not recommend staying at this property the management practices are shady!
The maintenance is particularly good. I have never had to wait more than one day. Usually it is taken care of the same day/ New management is striving to make this complex better all the time.
