DO NOT LIVE HERE. This apartment complex has a serious spider infestation problem and it completely ruined my living experience. There were times I was seeing 5–7 spiders A DAY, including tiny baby spiders, and webs were EVERYWHERE no matter how much I cleaned. I found spiders in the living room, bathroom, near vents, all over corners, and even inside/on my shoes and personal belongings while packing to move out. Stayed here for a while with my girlfriend, there is a disgusting amount of spiders. Every corner in the halls has spiderwebs and spiders and our room has had at minimum two spiders in it everyday that we have to kill. The room is kept exceptionally clean there is no clutter and it’s still a persistent issue. They don’t sent pest control and when they do end up coming it’s always conveniently when no one is home. I lived at the Avenue for 2 years in a two bedroom apartment. If you are a student looking for apartments near campus, PLEASE DO NOT CHOSE THIS PLACE! Please read my lengthy concerns: LACK OF PRIVACY: This place treats your unit like a dorm. Quarterly inspections means 2 people from the leasing office will randomly come into your unit and search through your room/bathroom/closet. They once tried to charge me a pet fee because I had a cat carrier stored away but I did not have a cat living there. (I never had a cat live there... read more
To ALL Parents--my son lives here and it is roach infested. We reported it and they slow walked the response. It is getting worse. Mice are in the building as well. BEWARE! Pics coming soon
