We love the Avenue! It’s a perfect size for the two of us, and the proximity to MSU can’t be beat. No place is perfect but this is an awesome place for the price. Management is also always so helpful & prompt. Thank you, Cron!

Absolutely the loudest, least private apartment I have ever been in. The walls and floors are paper thin and you can hear any conversation, music, or tv in any unit next to or above you. The ceilings creak extremely loud and the boiler and pipes rattle and clank for 20 hours a day as soon as the weather gets cold. The rattling and clanking was so loud it would legitimately wake me up and ruined my sleep schedule. The space is great but not at the price I paid by losing so much sleep over the course of 6 months.

Spacious singles, but the building is really old. The apartment complex itself is so old and musty. The walls and floors are really thin, so you can hear your neighbors. There is also this terrible smell that comes from the building and sticks to you and your belongings. I never felt clean living here. On a lighter note, management did a good job with communication. I was given a tour upon move in, they answered all the questions I had, and were able to be flexible for my move.
