I hired The Avail Firm expecting professional legal representation and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. Horrible experience, there is a huge lack of communication. I only spoke twice with the actual attorney and had to call the office to have someone respond to my questions in the portal. I was lucky if someone answered and didn’t go straight to voicemail. I had an easy child custody case that didn’t require us to go to court as my child’s father was very much in agreement to all of my requests and voluntarily signed all paperwork.
