Please stay away from this law firm. They only care about money and is to expensive for simple things, I hired the availfirm to represent me in a legitimation case. Was given a price of $6,000 initial payment, and if case went to mediation it would be another $3,000 . I signed an agreement to that so I’m not tripping on that price, although it’s a little pricey just for mediation that’s what I agreed to so I’m ok with it. The reviews you see here are not exaggerated but are very real. I had a very similar experience with this firm. My case was dismissed back in January. They are still changing the retainer and asking for more. Despite many requests I have nothing received any communication regarding the dismissal. They had the audacity to ask me for any documentation I had. Don't use this firm. In fact they need to be reported to the State Bar.
I cannot recommend this law firm enough. From the very first intake call to my final interaction, the level of care and communication has been outstanding. Every single person from the intake specialist and paralegals to the lead attorney and executive assistant treated me with profound kindness and respect. I always felt heard, deeply valued, and handled with the utmost care. They kept me fully informed at every stage, making a stressful time so much easier. Five stars all around!
