I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had a great experience with the process until my belongings from my trade in vehicle were "discarded" without my permission while I was promised that I could retrieve them when my new vehicle was ready. The managers did provide compensation for my items but there were many valuables that were not replaceable in the trade in.
They dont actually have any cars to sell. How does this qualify as a car dealership?
Tried for 3 full days to purchase a car from this dealer. Im located in St louis Mo. I got few returned calls, was passed to an inexperienced sales person named Manny. We agreed upon a price $300 off ask. He kept asking for a $1k deposit, which I agreed to all I ask as for a sales contract with an agreed upon price in it. Thats what I could never get from them. All I got was excuses and silence. When i finally got a hold of the sale manager Mo ( who did seem nice and was out sick he tells me sorry the car just sold) this car... read more
Questionable financing. Initially advised financing was approved and allowed customer to take. After the consumer inquiring over next 45 days without a response from the finance manager as to when payment information was going to be received they went in person to the dealer and was told financing was not approved and to return the car immediately or find a cosigner.

I highly recommend this dealership and sales associate Jeff. He was great! Really listen to everything, I was looking for didn't feel pressured at all. I couldn't be happier to have stumbled into this dealership and work with Jeff. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and really when above and beyond to get the car ready and give me all the details on a late Saturday night.
