I have purchased 2 VWs from here and have always had them serviced here. The service that I have received has been consistently top-notch! RAY...MY NEW BEST FRIEND CAR SALESMAN.... Found a 2016 convertible beetle on their web site.... I live in Missouri, had checked many cars like this on the web all over the United States, had not find one that was priced as competitive as this one with very low miles, and equipment. During a recent visit to Chicago from out of state i had a no-start TDI on a cold morning and this AutoBahn dealer was the closest, so I took my chances and had it towed there. Its the best dealer service experience I have had in a long time. Service Adviser Justin defines taking care of customers: thorough, communicative, supportive. This Autobarn service center is actually further away from my home & work than two others but I make it a point to schedule my service appointments here whenever possible. Justin and the other people in the service department really take good care of my Tiguan and don't try to rip me off.
