I bought a 2015 nissan armada from Albert on April 4th, by the 8th the check engine light came on and we started experiencing the vehicle lose power as were driving the best way to describe it is like you're turning your car off while you're still driving so all the lights on the dash were on but the engine was not on anymore. The Auto Ninjas had a hard to find Lincoln MKT on their lot in very nice shape. I live locally so made an appointment with Albert to test drive it, we went over the car together then he sent me off to drive it on my own. Great experience, very professional ! Alberto said he would get our family into a car and he did just that we got a 2019 Nissan Sentra , and even after the purchase he has never treated us like a burden when reaching out with questions would definitely recommend ! Overall satisfied with our experience and purchase car runs and drives great !
10/10 would definitely recommend this place!! Alberto was helpful and straightforward. He helped us cut through all the grueling steps with ease. We really appreciated his professionalism while we traded in a car for one of his!! On our way out he mentioned the dink on the windshield that he noticed (which we weren’t too concerned about) and that he would have his glass guy reach out to us and he’d cover that. Amazing purchase, we are very happy. Go to this guy if you are in the market for a used vehicle.
