RecommendedI, honestly, can not say enough great things about Mr. Frank and his team. I dropped my truck off today for an oil change and for other issues. Mr. Frank personally called to give me updates throughout the day. Not only that, but he actually told me that I was too early for an oil change. Instead of mileage, I was going by my truck programming. Mr. Frank educated me on the differences between actual mileage and pre-programming on vehicles. RecommendedHave always felt not only have they excelled but often have gone above and beyond.This last visit I went for tire rotation and alignment. My tires were in the same place, I was told they put lead on one tire. Not only does my jeep still pull it now shimmies when I apply my breaks. Definately disappointed this time.

RecommendedTo say this place is excellent would be an understatement. I went in with a truck I had just bought, and they found a tire had belts separating. They showed me the problem and then went out of their way to find and get the exact tires I wanted. If you go in, ask for Josh..(not me) They treated me so well I took my boat trailer there for new tires. Plus they were cheaper than the place I used to go. Only place I'll go from now on.

RecommendedDon't normally write a review on anything. But was in a bind today a Saturday at tht called several people to weld the wheel bk on my tractor no answer or said can't its Saturday. So went down the road to Truitts and found a very nice helpful man I believe his name was Donnie and he fixed us right up even tho they wasn't open he went out of his way to help us. Thankfull tht there's still a few good helpfull people around! Thank you
