I called the Little Elm location and this guy was really rude. I asked for his address, because all I had was their phone number, he said they're in Little elm. I asked him where in Little Elm and he hung up on me. I called back and asked him why he hung up on me, he said "You don't have to mess with me ok". I said "How am I messing with you? I'm trying to give you some business"! I gave 1 star because I wasn't able to give 0!
I can't speak for the personnel. The parking lot is awful though, and dangerous! Too many vehicles waiting for service parked in the open and no stop sign is gonna get somebody hurt!
