Absolutely love this shop! Great service, and very polite workers. Addressed the issues with my truck timely and efficiently and were able to get me back on the road in a day! This is the only shop in El Dorado county that I trust with my vehicle. I know they are here to help me and not sell me things that I don't need. I highly recommend using The Auto Analyst for any car repair needs or maintenance!

Worst doesn't do them justice. 185 dollars for a diagnosis for smog fail. After results like "you put in an after market o2 sensor" telling me that was the cause... guess what. Dealers dont carry parts for this anymore. Then while paying this super high bill, I ask how much it would be to have them complete the repairs? Response "oh, you wanted us to do the repairs too?" Really. .. So they said they would work up an estimate and get back to me later today or in the morning. Really. .. So two days later, still no estimate fro... read more
