I’ve been a homeowner in central Texas since 2017. The hail storms around the summer of 2024 was my first experience dealing with hail damage loss. I filed my insurance claims on two residences within the central Texas area. Had a great experience with Austin roof Dr. several yrs ago with a roof that had multiple repairs/leaks that nobody seemed to be able to fix. They came out and did a great job finally fixed issues and roof still looks amazing. Fast forward about 10yrs and I had another house that needed a new roof and I was sooooo glad I still had their number because I new the job would be done right and fair price. Roof looks great and job was completed in one day!
I would avoid this company! I had two severe roof leaks where my ceiling completely collapsed two times because of faulty roof and repairs and I was left to pay out of pocket both times. The second leak was identified Dec 9th and the roof is still not repaired. Use another reputable company
