We chose TAHI after seeing their pre-inspection report for another house we were interested in. They went above and beyond my expectations. This used to be a great company to use. I've used Andy Jordan for years. I recommended a client to Andy (I gave her his cell phone number) and he sloughed her off to a different inspector without even letting us know. Very unprofessional. Don't trust them!
