This used to be a great company to use. I've used Andy Jordan for years. I recommended a client to Andy and he sloughed her off to a different inspector without even letting us know. Very unprofessional. Don't trust them! Then they cancelled at the last minute.
Inspection was not very thorough. I asked if we needed a mold inspection and the inspector said no. We ended up finding several areas of water damage.
We decided to hire Chessie Collins based on a recommendation from a friend in the area, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. I’ve trusted and recommended Chessie with TAHI exclusively over the last 10 years of my real estate career, and I’ll never recommend anyone else. As someone who’s read through hundreds of other inspectors’ reports, I can confidently say that nobody else offers a paralleled combination of knowledge, experience, expertise, sociability, or technology in real estate inspections. My only regret is not posting this review years ago.
Cannot say enough about this company they go above and beyond. Definitely recommend them and would use them in the future if needed.
