Since about 2013, I have been a patient of Dr Vimal George. Initially I saw him at the location off of Mopac. However I have followed him to the Steiner Ranch location; even though my home is about 45+ minutes away. Either way, he treats his patients with dignity and respect. Which hasn't been my experience with other ADC Doctors.
ADC treats their patients like a joke, talking down at you like dogs or children at the front desk, making you fill out the patient form AFTER you have already done so online via virtual checkin, then making you repeat your personal information over and over again at the front desk so everyone in the waiting area can know your full name, DOB, and phone number, even though they should only ever need one of those field to identify you. The doctors are okay. Although if you move out of Austin, fill out paperwork to request medical records, and call the doctor's office you still won't get them. I moved from Austin 2 years ago and I have not received the medical records yet, neither has our current doctors. The last resort to getting the medical records is going to get medical records ourselves and having to pay a fee. This is getting to become pathetic.
