Staff and doctor very efficient, respectful and helpful. I appreciated that they took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. I wasn't rushed or dismissed during my visit. Wish all medical facilities were this compassionate and caring about their patients.
Dr. Lecand staff provide excellent, thoughtful care and service. From the receptionist to the exit desk a patient encounters courteous, professional staff. Efficient and compassionate from clerks to doctor.

My Internist, Dr. Ramachandran, exercises great professionalism and compassion, while using our time together with efficiency. From the time I walk into the office lobby, I find efficient use of time from receptionists, Nurses, and, as I said, my Doctor. I have significant hearing loss, Dr. Rama and Nurse Tara do a wonderful job of making me comfortable to ask for clarifications if necessary. I know I am in good hands with Dr. Ramachandran and her staff.
Always very helpful and informative when I am there for my appointments. Thank you everyone.
