Love love love my physician and the front desk for general medicine, Angela Ship is the best!! Only reason I chose ADC. The appointment scheduling is completely utterly awful, often rude and short with me and she hung up on me!! Wait time to schedule an appointment is longer than the actual appointment! Including if you get blood work drawn. I am going to start going to the location in person and ask for an appointment. I will do ANYTHING to not have to deal with scheduling!!! I really like Dr. Goldstein. He s a very good doctor and i feel he care s how i m doing. I m glad i have him as my doctor.
Tele-visit call was a little late, not bad. There was a lot of background noise as if the nurse calling me was in a noisy vehicle. When I asked at the end of the call about scheduling the procedure she very quickly transferred me to another office without really concluding our conversation or saying goodbye. Not bad but not the greatest experience.
