My wife was referred by her specialist to see DR Parker. Dr Parker is insisting that a referral come from her primary care physician who has zero clue about this issue. Lets allow common sense to prevail over silly policy that may not cover all situations.

If you’re calling to schedule an appointment, plan to be on hold for at least 30 minutes EVERY time, while the auto-attendant drones on with the same message that has been playing for years about a transition to a new system causing unusual wait times.

I understand the COVID-19 pandemic requires only one parent per child. But at two months getting vaccination shots should not be the time to cut off the second parent. I was able to be in all the visits leading up to this one. Very disappointing.

They could develop a phone system in which someone answers in a timely fashion. This morning, I have been trying for collectively 4 hours to make an appointment. I can't bring myself to hold more than 30 minutes at a time. Can't seem to get through. Even tried to do so through the portal, but that has changed, and can't get through to that number. What gives?! The doctors and administrators need to be aware of this problem. Someone please notify them.

They refused my nerve conduction study since I was 19 minutes late, due to 2 wrecks on I35. I called them immediately to let them know I was stuck in traffic. I also told them I’d already been waiting, in extreme pain, for months due to their backlog. She stated their 15 minute policy, and I explained my painful desperation, but it fell on deaf ears. When I arrived the young lady smugly refused, stating the doctor wouldn’t see me for the test. Avoid this clinic if you’re expecting quality care - clearly their patients are no... read more
