RecommendedI took my son to the flu clinic on 10/19 at your Cedar Bend location although we live south of Austin in Manchaca. I had made an appointment and although giving myself extra time for traffic was stuck on MoPac for an extra 45 minutes due to two accidents and was 30 minutes late for our appointment. Hey ADC, you do a terrible job of communicating with your patients. Apparently, your contract with Aetna ended on Feb. 28 but you didn't inform your patients, so we found out when we showed up for a scheduled appointment on May 6. What a waste of everyone's time! We won't be back.
