Absolutely fantastic customer experience. You know things are bad when you have sewage water that is bubbling up in your bathtub! We had that happening and toilets that would not flush. We knew it was a big problem and I just lucked out by finding this company by googling. They lived up to the five star reviews. Our technician, Tristan was very patient and thorough and solved the problem for an extremely reasonable price. We will be repeat customers.
The Aussie Plumber was excellent to work with from the early stage booking, all the way through completion. I needed to reschedule twice due to a defective sink that was shipped on two occasions, and they were very accommodating. The quality of the entire engagement, the work of the plumber (Joe), was exceptional. Would highly recommend!
