Good place for adult and kids have a pool wonderful for the summer and park
I moved in just a week ago and have already got more help in the office then previous place I lived. This experience has been easy and smooth. I am extremely happy I didn’t go with other options. Got the apartment I wanted at a price that fits my pockets.
1. CANCELED MY LEASE THE DAY BEFORE MOVE IN because they just found a maintenance issue with my apartment. I will likely have to resort to an apartment 4x the proposed cost because of their delay in reporting. 2. They communicate from three numbers one of which is called courtyards at Kessler so you never know who is calling you. 3. Very unprofessional customer service with only 1 person regularly in the office. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
They were very helpful and friendly easy moving process was extremely easy I would definitely recommend first walk thru was very pleasing I am satisfied
Five starts to maintenance! He was so good. Took care of all of my issues and was very friendly. The office manager is very helpful. Took her time explaining me how to navigate the portal and set up my Internet service. Definitely recommend.
