RecommendedAbsolutely an amazing place to call home! Nice apartments with wonderful neighbors. Location is awesome being so close to Historic Gruene and New Braunfels amenities. My wife and I are so happy we found and moved into Augusta at Gruene!
Love the community, safety, attached garage, walk-in shower - really feels like a home being only one story. Very quiet at night. Great Maintenance and management.
The Augusta at Gruene has been a wonderful place to live. The staff is very friendly and they take care of the apartments very well maintenance is done timely. They treat you very special here.
My husband I have lived at the Augusta for almost five years and are delighted to be here. After my husband developed several health issues and needed to be closer to medical facilities, we had a huge garage sale and sold our home in Wimberley. Living in the Augusta is like living in a small village with a wonderful community of interesting, fun and active residents of all ages. Coming from San Antonio I can’t believe how I love this place! So quiet, everyone is friendly. Maintenance is excellent! No worries!!
After living in a house for 70+ years we weren't sure how apartment living would work for us. After a few days my husband and I knew we would never go back to being a home owner. This is a quiet, friendly community and our pup, Andy, looks forward to his morning treat at the office where Kate and Nicholet give him lots of love!
