I decided to speak up for our community since I was so disappointed by the management that lacks in maintaining the facilities. 1) Hot tub: There was a sign "we will fix it asap" since I moved here last October. They never fixed-- we have never been able to use the hot tub. Is it hard work to maintain a small hot tub? 2) I love the rooftop and I go up there every day. The pros: the residents are fantastic! We have lived here for 5 years and have made so many good friends. The building is super pet friendly, the apartment layouts are big with lots of storage and we love our balcony. The rooftop deck is stunning and the view is incredible. The rent is also very reasonable and the location can’t be beat. The cons: if both elevators are working it’s a good week, the pool is too cold to use and the hot tub has been down for at least a year. Tis property is managed by Essex services. I just signed the lease here and moved in. The service offered by them are absolutely horrible. I was supposed to get keys, fobs and inspection checklist as part of move in but nothings has been provided and it has been over a week. So I can’t even access my mailbox. Before signing the lease Kat (from Essex) notified through email that issue such as loud noise from refrigerator is fixed, however, after signing the lease I found out that was not that case.
