I had never seen an audiologist before, but was developing concerns about hearing well in otherwise loud environments. Dr. Julie gave me a hearing test, explained everything simply in layman's terms but thoroughly enough to provide greater context. She also shared a number of holistic/lifestyle solutions that I can work on myself to improve my hearing experience. Very happy with her advice!
After having a bicycle tire explode close to my ears, I contacted Dr. Link and she immediately got me in for an appointment. It turns out the explosion caused 50% of word recognition loss in one ear and 30% in the other, plus ringing. She referred me to an ENT, who was able to diagnose and prescribe a medicine, which miraculously brought my hearing back to their prior explosion state. I've spent the last decade looking for a decent audiologist since my original one retired. I am extremely picky when it comes to who touches my ears but Julie is the sweetest, professional, most personable audiologist I have ever met. I'm happy to say I've found "the one" in a manner of speaking!
Dr. Link is an amazing audiologist! She is professional, informative, and thoughtful. Her equipment is top-of-the-line, which made me feel comfortable. She has a wide variety of services and was very open-minded when it came to my thoughts, needs, and goals. I highly suggest a visit to The Audiology Method!
Julie have been very accommodating and sensitive to my specific needs. I love all of the extra work and research she's done for her to understand better what her patients are going through. She's done a ton of outreach to a younger demographic with hearing impairments to make it more "normal" for them to have hearing aids. And she's a great volleyball player! That's how we met :)

As a musician and great lover of music, my hearing is very important to me. I booked my hearing test appointment having not had my ears checked since I was a child! Dr. Julie put me at ease with her warm nature and expansive knowledge. We talked about the mechanics of how we process noise (new information for me!) and she also discovered I had quite the wax buildup in my right ear.
