Updating review after living here for a few Months. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Apartments are ridiculously overpriced for the size. My studio in downtown Chicago was the same price and LARGER, then my one bedroom here. For a pretty new building, it’s pretty cheaply put together. We discovered scratches on our sink and stove from previous tenant, floor from previous tenant. Musty smell from our air vents. Pay 150 a month for a car spot I have used for a week, already got my car dinged. Received a smoke complaint, not even a smoker. Ca... read more

Living at the Atworth was great until Greystar took over in January. Not only did prices increase substantially, but they were not willing to acknowledge any previously held deals with previous management. We lived on the first floor and the walls and ceilings were paper thin. Our unit in particular they said was exceptionally bad. The management prior was willing to move us to the third floor without increasing our rent or get us out of our contract for no additional fee. I love, love, love these apartments. They are beautiful, the entire staff goes above and beyond for you. Always cleaning and keeping the hallways and apartments to look like they did on day one! I can’t say enough good things about the Atworth.
