I was the listing agent on a trasaction in Towson, MD where Tom Atwood and his teammember Mike Diaz had the Buyer. Everything went as smoothe as can be from start to finish. The lender and the title company who they or their buyer picked did a seamless job. Communication was excellent and their team did an excellent job of representing their client while still being professional and respectful to the other side. Would highly recommend them if you are consideirng utilizing their services.
With this ever-changing real estate market I quickly realized my house was not going to sell the traditional way. These guys/gals were awesome. Looked at one property and lost out on it, then found Tom. He stated "I would have got that house for you." I've known Tom since high school, so I trusted him. Found another property and he did a walk through for us, as we were out of town. He did a Facetime with us and we gave him the go ahead. The entire team is wonderful! Collin was patient and helped me navigate finding a house that worked for my entire family. New to the area, I was able to completely rely on the expertise of Collin and his team which made the process as easy as possible. I love my new home and am so grateful for their help. Tom Atwood is a beast!!!! He came to my property with his books, notebooks and different items to put on a beautiful presentation. My property had some challenges and Tom was just so understanding. He's honest, patient and professional. Everyone on his team responds and reaches out to you all the time and are very professional. I will only work with Tom and the Atwood team!!!
