These guys/gals were awesome. Looked at one property and lost out on it, then found Tom. He stated "I would have got that house for you." I've known Tom since high school, so I trusted him. Found another property and he did a walk through for us, as we were out of town. He did a Facetime with us and we gave him the go ahead. Tom Atwood is a beast!!!! He came to my property with his books, notebooks and different items to put on a beautiful presentation. My property had some challenges and Tom was just so understanding.
