I represented a buyer for a transaction that Tom Atwood was handling as the listing agent. Picture attached. A lot of people within the real estate industry struggle with real estate teams as you are required to communicate with so many different individuals. Due to this, communication can get bogged down. That is NOT the case with Tom's team. Tom has a well oiled machine of a business and he knows what he is doing. If I ever create a team of my own I know who to call to get some pointers.
