This place is beautifully maintained and kept very pristine. If you are looking for a new place to live in the area, this apartment complex is definitely one to take into consideration! The gym is spacious, the game room is huge, and their plans for the outdoor area for the summer is amazing.

This place is a plaza and houses lots of businesses. I just fell in love with the cleanliness of the environment. There’s this aura of class and Sophistication about this place. There’s wheelchair accessible entrance and parking. parking It’s also very close to the road and can be easily noticed from a car in normal traffic.

If I could rate it even lower, I would. The poor building manager (Joe) is awesome and does the best with what he has available to him, but unfortunately, it doesn't even scratch the surface. If you plan on moving here, I hope you love getting woken up by the construction across the street that starts at 6 AM. Not to mention the carbon monoxide spills and the fire department having to clear out the entire building. All of this while charging you midtown Manhattan prices. I love living at the Atwood! All the amenities are included and its such a short walk (7min) to get onto campus. You don't have to worry about parking, and the building has a security officer at the front desk! The community coordinator is outstanding; he will do anything to help you out! There are events in the common lounge, and the building has a fitness center. Overall, it's a fantastic place to live and extremely close to the University of New Haven campus!
