Called to advocate for a disabled tenant they evicted (likely rightfully so). But, since her belongings are still there and she doesn't even have a toothbrush or change of clothes, I thought I would call to see if I could do anything to help... maybe even pay what was owed so she could get her things. They were hostile, talked over me, and refused to understand before rudely dismissing me. I wasn't even allowed to get to the part where I was offering to settle her debt. There is a lady at the front whose name starts with a D. She was extremely helpful, resourceful & pleasant to work with.
I did an walk through today at The Atrium, Bianca ws amazing, she new her job and was very informative and I love all the amenities. I was approved for a place at another Southern Comfort property,but there seems to be ahold up ,so I am going to see if I can move my paperwork over to The Atrium. Thank you Bianca.
This place is a "hidden" gem!! The staff as a whole are a rare group of people...conscientious, gracious and hard working. The amenities are like living in a hotel. Maintenance is very responsive. The area around the apartment is constantly improving. The parking is safe and secure...albeit at an extra cost. The manager, Kenyatta (I hope I spelled that correctly)..is thoughtful, thorough and energetic.
