Current resident living here for almost one year. Recently my car as well as my girlfriend's car was broken into. We have malfunctioning entry gates, security that does not do their job (being two cars on alternate sides of the street were burglarized), transients, homeless, and rambunctious people walking throughout the streets all times of the day-and-night. If you want somewhere to live that is safe, DO NOT MOVE HERE! Amenities mean nothing without security and peace. Rent is overpriced for what you are provided.
Moved in about two weeks ago. And it is amazing no complaints. The area is very nice the pool area and other amenities are very clean and nice. As well as my place is amazing very quiet and nice place.
WE PAY FOR TRASH PICK UP, TRASH HAS NOT BEEN PICKED UP IN COUPLE OF DAYS. THIS IS WHAT WE HAVE TO LIVE WITH AND SEE.
Waited over 30 minutes and nobody even came to greet me about renting here. I was ready to secure a unit for next month. That says a lot about customer service. Wouldn’t move somewhere where I can’t even get someone to greet me.
Moved in about a week ago and I love it, I have absolutely no complaints. Great amenities, great neighbors, great location, near highway. Everything is always clean and the free valet trash is a plus.
