Untreated mold issues, was told I'd be informed as to the situation regarding my apartment multiple times and after a week there was no update nor any path to resolution indicated for resolving the mold issues in my unit.

**PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE** have an exterminator check the apartment for BEG BUGS....once you move into the bugs, they will make you pay Pay PAY to get your life back!!! RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I moved in a few months ago. I was drawn to this apt because of location, floor plan and pricing. I really like being within walking distance of 2 parks, a gym, restaurants, pubs and grocery stores! Management has been great, responded quickly when washer and hot water heater were malfunctioning. I am very glad I moved to Rock Creek!
