Beware of a tenant there by the name of Fred Sona, he lives on the 39th floor. He likes to invite strange women to his apartment regularly and they aren’t in the best mind frame considering one keyed his door and his car! I know personally it would make me uncomfortable having strange people invited into the building, especially if you have kids and the security you pay for with the building only works if the tenants aren’t inviting constant strangers to their home. We were here to see property this evening. As we walked in, our realtor explained that we were there to see units. The young black concierge lady was extremely rude. She seemed like she did not want to be there at all. If you’re working in customer service, there should be a level of respect and better attitude. It was a very bad first impression for my family and I with the atlantic. Management is truly horrible. Very disrespectful and I’m very disappointed.
The female concierge at the desk was extremely to me as I was there to drop off a customer order who lives in the building. The tenant is handicapped and ask me to personally to bring her the order and the young African American with braids gave me attitude and was rude as she was stating her policy. She smacked her teeth, rolled her eyes and displayed horrible body language. She is in the wrong field and does not represent the integrity of the company.
