Completed an online order. Store gave free overnight interstate shipping which meant I had the shoes I wanted in my hands the next day quicker than I could’ve ever imagined. An excellent experience!
Staff were extremely helpful - Sienna deserves a big shout out for going above and beyond to help with my request.
Went in store today (23/6/25 approx 12pm). Both staff (1 male, 1 female) were busy with customers (all good, I'm happy to wait) but we didn't even get an acknowledgement or a greeting. Female staff member finishes with her customer and goes over to help the customer with the male staff member. Another customer walks in, straight away the male staff member greets him while totally ignoring us. We eventually gave up and left. Terrible customer service. Alex (not me, the male sales assistant lol) was super helpful and knowledgeable about their shoes. Helped me with netball shoes that worked with my orthotics. They are brilliant. Thank you!!
