Absolutely great service thank you
Disappointed. I have previously had amazing service but on Friday became the invisible older lady customer! A young male (with a sniffly nose and using his sleeve as a tissue) eventually asked if I'd like some help. I asked for 2 pairs of shoes. He dumped one at my feet and then served 2 other customers. As he then went past me, I asked for the 2nd pair of shoes, which he said he had forgotten about (along with the older lady sittting in the middle of the shop!) Came to athletes foot here yesterday and was served by trainee Jodi. Jodi was so helpful and her approach was warm and friendly. I was able to ask all my questions. I’m quite fussy when spending a fair amount on a pair of hokas. I was so pleased I was able to get the bondis in my size and colour! Couldn’t fault athletes foot Booragoon . Will definitely come back.
I was served by Eireann and was stocked with her outstanding customer service and great knowledge! Definitely will visit this store again 🤩
This store gets busy during after school or weekend rush. The staff are helpful and know the best fits using tread machine or not.
