Popped in on Saturday 25/10 just wanting a pair of sneakers. Was approached and acknowledged by Jodi who listened to my needs, did the walking test then explained the process, and that she was just finishing up with another customer. In the quickest time she came back with 3 pairs for me to try, each pair a perfect fit. She juggled multiple customers with a smile and a friendly disposition. Huge shout-out to your staff member, Stella! I have never seen someone with such fantastic knowledge provide such a great customer experience, all while helping multiple customers at once. She gave me several options for each shoe, explained what would work best for me, and never pushed me into buying a specific pair.
Excellent service from Erin at Garden city store this morning. I have ongoing problems with my right foot and difficult to find the right shoes for running and walking. Erin went above and beyond assisting me, her patience and friendliness I highly commend. She had a good knowledge of all the shoes in stock and certainly went the extra mile in providing awesome customer service and satisfaction. Infact I ended up purchasing an extra pair. No acknowledgement, was there for about 10 mins looking and clearly wanting assistance. Guy at the till was in his own world, and although other people were busy with customers a simple hello would have been nice. Walked out and got shoes elsewhere due to the lack of service.
