Excellent experience. Jericho was wonderful, helping me find what I needed while making sure to stick within my budget. I’ll be returning every single time I need new running shoes!
Avoid this store. They sold my mother a pair of Hoka slides without a tag, and when I tried to exchange them for a larger size, they refused, saying the missing tag meant they were not in original condition. Feels like a way to dump used products on customers. The staff at Rouse Hill are much friendlier—skip Blacktown Athlete’s Foot!
Excellent customer service! Staffs were very kind and provided all the possible supports to my elderly parents. I didn't not get the name of the particular female staff there but generally everyone seemed very nice.
This is Sydney's busiest store !! Employees are busy talking whether customers come or not the best experience !
