Good range of shoes but the older man who served me this afternoon (Monday) was reluctant to assist me with three options my medical professional had sent me to choose from. It felt like getting water from a stone to find out which of the options they stocked and any technical info about them. This guy was not interested. His abrupt, patronising tone told me that he thought I was stupid for even asking, and pointed out that my podiatrist had written the wrong shoe name. I thanked him (for nothing) and took my $300 elsewhere.
Went in three times today. Each time I may as well have been invisible. 3rd time I picked up the shoe I wanted and wandered around waiting to be helped. I was not even acknowledged, let alone served. The 2 girls were out the back. Dreadful customer service. I bought the same shoe from another store.
I attended store today with my child who can be quite difficult to deal with. Lachie was understanding, professional and very helpful. He recommended a couple of different shoes and managed to get my child to try them on. Needless to say we left store with a new pair of shoes that my. Hills was happy with and fit well and were comfortable. Thankyou so much for your patience and quality service Lachie!!!!
Excellent knowledgeable service
have gone in twice, and called once in the last few days, looking for specific shoes recommended to me by medical professional. The worst customer service I have ever. Refused to assist in anyway to help me obtain these shoes, stating they cannot order shoes from another store, or look up if another store has the shoes in my size. Willing to travel to try on and buy said shoes from another Athletes Foot store. Then proceeded to say the medical professional should not write referrals for shoes.
