Really poor customer service. The store was completely empty, and the staff member was just standing there, not even bothering to ask if I needed help. When I approached her for a size, even though the shoe was on display and showing as available in store stock ,she didn’t make any effort to get and locate the stock. She just said they “always run low” and walked away. Other Athlete’s Foot stores have great service, so it’s disappointing that this location lets the brand down.
Had the most wonderful experience with Paige who had useful insights and product knowledge. Was impressed with the team's professionalism, patience, warmth and ability to balance my constant questions while simultaneously supporting other customers on a busy Friday night! Great work team 😇

Avoid! We walked in on Saturday to buy 2 pairs of shoes and had to wait at least 10 minutes to be approached by staff. It wasn't too busy and there was at least one staff that should have been able to assist earlier. We enquired about the sizing and waited for fifteen minutes. During that time we saw the same sales girl assisting other customers, So we asked if they were able to find the size we wanted. We were told it was not available and she just left it..
