One staff member to serve the entire store on her own, then magically when customers started leaving the manager appears and other staff members leave offering no help. Requested a deal/discount and only the manager can approve, who isn’t available. Poor customer service; go to Tea Tree Gully Westfield, the staff are amazing and open to a deal.
Not normally one to review but unfortunately super disappointed by my experience. Waited 10 minutes in a relatively quiet store to be served as no staff were out on the store floor. When I was finally served I asked for advice and was told it would be better to talk to the manager who is here on Tuesday. Definitely think some training is needed both on the products and customer service.
Popped into the Rundle mall store today and was served by Kayla who was knowledgeable and helpful. Assisted us to find the perfect fit with patience, definitely an asset to the shop.
Rude staff that were not willing to help but I could hear them talking at the counter saying so tired! Oh here comes a customer! Man working was taking deep breathes in frustration while serving us. The shoe we needed wasn’t available but didn’t say Toni’s I can check other stores just said none available
Rang twice within 10 minutes and no one picked up the phone, so rang Modbury athletes foot spoke to them and they had what I wanted so went there and bought the shoes
