Thomas Kipp is amazing.......110% quality massages, education and compassion. It also helps that he has a great sense of humor - very professional, but also personable and fun.
Thomas Kipp is the freaking bomb! I went in for a massage on an isolated calf/achilles issue and left with a complete overhaul on how to approach my training and recovery. Thomas takes the time to explain to you why certain things are happening biomechanically and what you can do to fix and prevent issues in the future. So worth it—I will definitely be back. I am going to recommend Thomas and Athlete's Den to every serious endurance athlete I know!
