Amazing leading agents, above average landscaping. I like this place a lot.
Live here almost 4 years. The water in the bathroom sink doesn't drain well, everyone smokes weed or cigarettes on their balconies so we can never have our sliding door open, we have had our toilet flood in the middle of the night twice, they put hardwood floors in the upstairs apartments so you can hear your neighbor piss. The people who work here are great. Just whatever idiot decided to put hardwood floor on the upstairs apartments needs to be fired. Did a tour here today. Sabrina was incredible. She showed me 4 different units so that I could compare. She was also really patient with my son who was not as thrilled as I was to be on the tour (lol). Great first impression of how they treat their residents. Thank you Sabrina!
I’ve been living at Aspen Apartments for about two years now. Let me start by saying the nature here is really nice — lots of trees and wildlife that make the place feel calm and peaceful. The amenities are pretty good too. The clubhouse is nice, the pools are well kept, the gym has good equipment, and the laundry facilities are convenient.
