Good luck getting any deliveries here. This place is a maze
Lived here 5 years, and it was the best I could have hoped for. Beautiful scenery. The parking situation is not perfect but it's the best that you'll find for the Costa Mesa / Santa Ana area - there's almost always a spot somewhere even if it's a walk. The only major downside is that you must be careful securing your car, try to park inside the gate because outside the gate in the guest parking there have been break-ins, drilled keyholes, stolen tires, ect. Hace años la administración era buena y estricta , siempre limpio , pero ahora donde te vires hay excremento de perros o gatos , y el estacionamiento es un dolor de cabeza, hace unos 2 meses vi a una persona de los departamentos de enfrente estacionandose en los área que nos corresponde a los inquilinos de Aspen y le dije que no tenía derecho y me contesto que si que por que le pagaba $150 dolares al mes al de administración , ya no puedes salir a caminar y respirar aire puro por que donde sea hay gente fumando mariguana, qu... read more
