There's black water that runs from our pipes, and management refuses to remedy this. When this is addressed, repeatedly, they leave us harassing notes on our door, so petty, they literally mention a missing hubcap on our vehicle as a finable charge. The illusion of luxury living is quickly replaced by stagnant black water, roaches, A/C that's off half of the summer (in peak season), and water heaters that dont. heat water. Very nice, quite! Beautiful landscape. Pond, avery! Everything about it is Georguos! My nefew and is wife live there.
Lived here 5 years ago and I must say my favorite apartments ever. Apartment is very spacious, area is quiet, staff is nice and area is well kept. I would move back here in a heartbeat.
I have lived here coming up on 3 years. I am single, and totally feel safe here. The management team, especially Patty Robinson, are totally awesome. The apartments are big and roomy, and even though the rent is a little high, you do get what you pay for.
