The Aspens (built recently in 2013 I think it was) has full kitchens washer and dryer hookups and in apartment water shut off systems so you yourself can turn off the water to separate areas of your apartment in the event of an emergency. They have a full laundry room available to the Aspens community as well as computer room, common area and playground. They have a wonderful new manger so drop by and get on the waiting list!
