I have lived at this property for the last year, Only reason I moved was due to a new job. I didn't have any issues while I lived here. My 2-bedroom apartment was very spacious. I loved the walk in closet in the master bedroom and the open floor layout. I never had any issues with the office staff, Tia and Ebony were always very professional and helpful anytime I had questions or need to put in a service request.
please believe the reviews about the noise at this property, because I can hear the noise from 201 on the top floor. I feel sorry for whoever lives under them. The place is nice but the noise is unacceptable!
MOVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! For the cost of these apartments, I should NOT have to continuously complain about the noise from the unit above me. I myself work from home, and the moment my supervisor stated being able to hear my neighbors eight grandchildren during my customer calls; I knew that I wasn’t over exaggerating when bringing the issue to my leasing office. I would not suggest living at this property if you’re going to be placed anywhere other than the top floor. I came to spend the week with my daughter and grandchildren, and you could literally hear children running and jumping from the second and third floor units in the bottom floor unit where my daughter lives. This is something she has complained about since February. I would give this place 0 stars! Dirty ghetto neighborhood, filled with roaches from dirty neighbors. When it rains it will rain in your apartment. They new but they balcony doors was sized wrong! That’s a shame. Don’t not let the apartment fool you. They expensive for no reason and they are located on the worst street ever. Don’t move here
