This is my first apartment and it has been a roller coaster. When I first stared paying my rent I had to figure out how to work the app on my own and it doesn’t have a spit pay option like flex. Someone whom I’m close to got shot 7/29 then, someone got stabbed the next following day 7/30. I been living here for about 3yr. It's seem like this place is going down hill. I don't know who they let move in here. But it seems like it's turning into the projects. Trash all over the steps. Hallways dirty. People let the kids run up and down the halls. Trash stays in the parking lot. The gate is broken. That's a breach in the contract. They got a wonderful group of women in their office. Tia and Ebony are awesome. I really appreciate those two ladies especially Tia She really went above and beyond to helped me out and I think her so much. Everytime I go in the office I know they think Miss Scott is so worrisome But they always tell me I’m fine. I’m just a no nonsense person.
