I been living here for about 3yr. It's seem like this place is going down hill. I don't know who they let move in here. But it seems like it's turning into the projects. Trash all over the steps. Hallways dirty. People let the kids run up and down the halls. Trash stays in the parking lot. The gate is broken. That's a breach in the contract. They got a wonderful group of women in their office. Tia and Ebony are awesome. I really appreciate those two ladies especially Tia She really went above and beyond to helped me out and I think her so much. Everytime I go in the office I know they think Miss Scott is so worrisome But they always tell me I’m fine. I’m just a no nonsense person. Was interested in staying here but the lack of communication throughout the application process turned me off. You ask questions then get hit with a dumbfounded look, how can you expect folks to want to be interested in staying at a property if the customer service alone sucks!!!! Dodge that bullet
Living here has been very frustrating. Neighbors repeatedly submit unfounded noise complaints, resulting in frequent security visits, yet security never finds any excessive noise. Package theft is an ongoing issue, and even after reviewing footage, management refused to retrieve the package or assist further. Common areas like stairwells and parking lots are consistently dirty with trash, laundry, pet waste, and glass. The callbox often does not work, and children run through walkways late at night.
